Common questions
Which security certifications and controls does Picsellia offer for enterprise deployments?
Picsellia is ISO 27001:2022 certified and GDPR compliant, and encrypts data with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. The platform also provides audit logs for compliance and forensics, multi-factor authentication for all users, IP allowlisting, scoped API keys with expiration and revocation, and tenant separation at storage and compute level.
What deployment options does Picsellia offer?
Picsellia offers three deployment models: SaaS, Hybrid and On-Premise. SaaS is a fully managed cloud platform with EU and US data centers, Hybrid connects your own storage, GPU compute and Docker registry to the Picsellia-managed control plane so your data never leaves your infrastructure, and On-Premise runs the entire Picsellia MLOps platform on your own infrastructure.
Can Picsellia be deployed on-premise or in an air-gapped environment?
Yes. Picsellia can be deployed in your own data center or private cloud, on AWS, GCP, Azure or bare metal, using Helm charts on any Kubernetes cluster or a simple Docker Compose setup. For air-gapped environments, Picsellia provides a full offline installation in which container images and charts are transferred via secure media.
Does Picsellia support SSO and role-based access control (RBAC)?
Picsellia supports SSO / SAML for enterprise identity provider integration, including integration with internal identity providers in on-premise deployments. Its role-based access control applies at three levels: Organization (Owner, Admin, Member), Workspace (Manager, Contributor, Viewer) and Project (Lead, Editor, Annotator, Reviewer).
What support and SLAs does Picsellia provide to enterprise customers?
Picsellia enterprise customers get dedicated support with a named customer success manager, priority SLAs and direct engineering access. The on-premise offering includes enterprise-grade support and custom SLAs, along with white-glove onboarding, team training sessions and ongoing enablement.
